Best Western Plus London Wembley Hotel

The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of Wembley stadium and arena. This made it convenient for attending events. there was a nearby station, making transportation easily accessible.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Room overlooking the road poorly soundproofed. Bathroom for people with reduced mobility, very low washbasin and not very clean floor.

Strange noises at night

The hotel is conveniently located for those attending a concert or theater event, with the stadium just a short walk away. There are also several dining options nearby, including Nando's and Domino's, making it easy to grab a quick bite before heading out. the bed in the room was comfortable and the shower was good. it's an excellent choice if you need accommodation in the area.

The staff were unwilling to assist with finding a taxi.

Great location for SSE arena, with a short walk to the stadium and nearby train and tube stations. Plenty of food options nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms with spacious layout.

The reception was very impersonal and cool.

Nice service, fast-acting reception. Large bed, spacious bathroom. Good internet, close to shops and restaurants. No problem with luggage storage. Close to public transport. The price we paid - very satisfactory as for this standard. The building is located on a busy street (nothing can be heard), so the entrance is additionally secured - no one without a hotel key will go to the part for guests, but a big plus. Thank you for a nice stay.

We loved staying at this place as it was conveniently located near food establishments and the Wembley Central underground station, making it easy for us to get to the Stadium. The service was excellent with room service, car hire, laundry facilities, ironing facilities, and more. The amenities provided in our room such as the heating, air conditioning, sitting area, hair dryer, and free toiletries were top-notch. We were also pleasantly surprised by the extra amenities such as the electric kettle, am/fm alarm clock, and flat-screen TV. The staff were fantastic! One member of staff helped us with figuring out how to set up Netflix and brought us extra milk for our coffee. They truly care about customer service.

one of the rooms strongly stank of cigarette smoke but was quickly and easily exchanged for another one, hairdryer in one of the rooms did not work.

Value for money is the best. Very clean and modern room and very friendly hotel staff. You have many services near the hotel as well as several metro stops, and for football fans, you have Wembley Stadium right next door.

It is not for you if you are looking for a hotel near the centre of London as it takes a long time to get there via the underground/overground. Still, it's a good location since you have many restaurants and shops next to the hotel.

I find nothing negative to say during my stay in this establishment. Except the place is a bit far from London, but if you want to see a game at Wembley, it's perfect.

Clean and comfortable room

The only problem is it's a 30-minute tube ride to central London.

I really liked the cleanliness of the room and facilities. It feels like home. If you pass by, don't forget to stop by Zaika's good Indian restaurant. food is very good and staff is very friendly.
